At R.A.D. Services N.M., we are passionate about comprehensive home maintenance and land stewardship. We take a hands-on, proactive approach to property care, ensuring every detail is handled with respect, attentiveness, and dedication. Our team's expertise is built on diverse experiences. Our founder's rural upbringing instilled a strong connection to nature and practical understanding of animal care, plant life, and self-sufficiency.
The lead technician is a journeyman electrician with specialized training in whole-house automation, including Lutron and Crestron systems. This allows us to address everything from basic electrical needs to modern smart home technology.
We honed our skills in all facets of property management while overseeing a diverse estate in Santa Fe, encompassing everything from high-tech systems to extensive landscaping. This invaluable experience prepared us to handle any property need, big or small.
