About Us
At R.A.D. Services N.M., we are passionate about comprehensive home maintenance and land stewardship. We take a hands-on, proactive approach to property care, ensuring every detail is handled with respect, attentiveness, and dedication. We understand the interconnectedness of a property's systems, both indoors and out.
Our team's expertise is built on diverse experiences. The founder's rural upbringing instilled a strong connection to nature and practical understanding of animal care, plant life and self-sufficiency.
The lead technician was a journeyman electrician with specialized training in whole-house automation, including Lutron and Crestron systems and over 15 years experience in the property management, maintenance and repairs business.
We honed our skills in all facets of property management while overseeing a diverse estate in Santa Fe, encompassing everything from high-tech systems to extensive landscaping. This invaluable experience prepared us to handle any property need, big or small.
